Let's pretend we all know what we're talking about, and let's dish out some constructive criticism. I'll start.

Carl Blair-
1)Improve ball handling in general, especially against full/half court pressure
2)Improve outside shooting/3 point shooting to the point where you can at least keep a defense honest
3)Lose a little weight to get faster on the defensive end

Cameron Clark-
1)Get bigger and tougher
2)Be more assertive in the offense

Fitz-
1)Continue to stay in shape or improve on that if possible
2)Perfect that pretty little 12-14 foot jumper. It's lethal
3)Get tougher around the rim!!!

Steve Pledger-
1)He's got such a pretty looking shot, now if he can only get it to go in more. We need his 3 point shooting.

Tyler Neal-
1)Get bigger
2)Get tougher and smarter on the defensive end.

Calvin Newell-
1)Be more confident with the ball in your hands and running the offense
2)Work on the 3 ball

That's all I got for now....

Honest answer:

More than individual improvements, they need to improve as a team, especially defensively. Playing great TEAM defense can allow you to overcome having a weak link or two. We've played terrible team defense since Capel got to OU.

As for offense, have a plan. We run a generic motion offense most of the time. By generic I mean, pass the ball to the wing, and screen away. Reverse and repeat. Our screens are weak. Our cuts are half-hearted. Pick and offense, and get good at it. I'd suggest running more sets.

Kyle Hardrick & Nick Thompson -

...Ah nevermind I gotta get to bed soon.

Cam Clark:
1) Improve his handling skills to where he can take people off the dribble.
Fitz:
1) Veritcal.
Pledger:
1) Consitency
Tyler Neal:
1) Become a gym rat
2) Improve his deep shot
Carl Blair:
1) Play smarter
2) Get in better shape

Also, I hope this was Al Davis circa 1985 as opposed to Al Davis circa 2011:
