Extremely athletic and strong...ranked as the eighth-best prospect in New England by the New England Recruiting Report and is listed as a top-10 prospect out of Canada...ranked as the 16th-best small forward in the class of 2010 according to ESPN.com...prepped at St. Mary’s Ryken where he made the 2007 Provincial team before transferring to Brewster Academy in New Hampshire...helped lead his team to a 34-4 record and a National Prep School Championship in 2010...averaged 13.1 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.0 steals and 2.5 assists in his final year (2009-10), helping him earn 2010 New Hampshire Gatorade Player of the Year honors.

3.) Nino Williams (6'5'' 190-KSU)
Rated No. 89 on the Rivals' 150 for 2011, including No. 20 among small forwards... Helped Leavenworth to a 17-8 overall record as a senior in 2009-10, including a No. 7 final ranking by the Kansas City Star... Lost to Blue Valley North in the Class 6A state tournament third-place game... Named second team All-State for all classes and first team Class 6A by the Topeka Capital-Journal... Selected to the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association (KBCA) All-Star Game, playing opposite current teammate Will Spradling... Averaged 20 points and 9.5 rebounds as a senior in 2009-10.

4.) Brian Williams (6'7'' 205-OSU)
Williams averaged 25.9 points, 13.6 rebounds, 4.1 blocked shots and 3.5 assists per game as a junior last season, pacing Glen Oaks to a No. 1 ranking in Class 4A. He was named Class 4A’s Outstanding Player by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association, and one of two juniors — joining Brown — named first-team All-State for Class 4A. He was also named the District 6-4A Most Valuable Player.

5.) Andre Roberson (6'7'' 195-CU)
Averaged 15 points, 12 rebounds and 1.7 blocked shots per game during his season year • Led team in rebounding and blocks senior year • Helped the Thunderbirds to a pair of consecutive Texas Class 5-A state semifinal appearances • Member of two region championship teams • Helped team to a 39-2 record during senior year and a No. 22 national ranking, in addition to No. 4 state ranking and No. 1 in the section • District 27-5A Most Valuable Player • Named to the All-Area Class 5-A Super Team • First-team all-state selection junior and senior years.
 
I would go Brian Williams over Nino, maybe Eljim too. He scares me a little bit with his potential.
 
Williams missed a big chunk of his senior year with an injury. He's also grown to 6'7", as you said in your post and might be still growing, which might mean he's a 4 in the future.
