Transfer list per CBS goodman

Looking at the length of that list, you have to think Kruger will use one of our 2 scholarships left on a transfer.

Josh Davis from Tulane was a NC State guy, now a PF that averaged 18 & 11 with some nice numbers against bigger schools (27 @ Georgia tech, 21&15 @ memphis)

Lots of other freshmen and sophomores from some big schools you have to at least put a floater out there about

Rodney Purvis from N.C. State is a big time talent, but who knows if he'd be interested.

Averaged 17.6 points per game this past season.

Also note that his teammate, guard Ricky Tarrant, averaged almost 16 a game as a sophomore.

I'm not against signing a one and done transfer, plus a redshirt transfer.

The kid from George Washington put up good numbers and has good size also.

If Lon can find a guy that could transfer in and play right away then we might be able to survive the M'Baye shocker.

I sure hope there is a good match. We can offer quite a bit in terms of having some good returning guards and the opportunity to come and have a great chance to start/log good minutes.

This is actually the perfect scenario because it leaves us with 3 ships open for '14.

Well, there is no shortage of transfers to choose from. I'm sure our coaching staff will begin to evaluate the talent available, their level of interest, and who will be the best fit according to need.

It's also important to note that some of the players on that list will be trying to leave their baggage behind by transferring, which will likely eliminate them from consideration right away. Trey Ziegler, a four star recruit OU was in on three years ago is one of them. He even took an official visit to OU in the fall of 2009.

Josh Davis was the name that stuck out to me too. That would be a perfect situation for both parties. He could slide right in and start at a bigtime D-1 program. This would make the M'Baye situaiton a moot point.

I don't mind either Spangler or Bennett starting next year...I'm just not sure they are both ready to start from day 1. We need this kid!!!!

He's a bit of a volume shooter and wouldn't get nearly as many looks in our offense, but his rebound numbers, free throws, and overall efficiency would be a HUGE boost to us.

I am an Aggie and I like sheep.

This is good, the first step is admitting you have a problem. Not sure what it has to do with this thread, but good for you none the less

As for the topic at hand, we look to be a big short next year if we put cam at the wing, if we leave cam in the post we look to be a guard short. I personally would prefer someone that can play right away, maybe eveon one of the guys that can play right away with one year so we can still balance out recruiting classes going forward. Hope coach can land one of those guys
