I guess the question is: is that good or bad? Good if they're just eager to get some impact players who can make a difference next year. Bad if they know they're going to have alot of spots to fill and need to start early. It's the era of the transfer portal. Who knows?

The D2 kid is intriguing. Obviously, the jump from D2 to Big 12 is huuuuuuge, but at 6'5 and 200 pounds he's gotta have the goods right? Or else the coaches wouldn't even bother following him.

Anyone know how many spots the coaches are expecting to fill? Obviously at least 1 - probably for Big Rick. Do they have a guess on Gibson? Are they expecting another spot? Honestly these days nothing would surprise me.
