Pretty consistent with what many of the posters were predicting, which is he is a mid-major level recruit. If the guy was 6'5, this could be a an entirely different story ; even him hitting the weight room and adding strength wouldn't be an issue. But for major college ball if you are going to be a 6'2 combo, you need to be an consistent and elite scorer / shooter because you will consistently be a liability on the other end. He is a very good shooter but not great, and when coaches feel you are definitely a liability defensively, and could be a liability offensively ( he is so streaky ) the upper echelon D1's feel that's a risk and they can do better. Now a mid-major like Old Dominion that can't land top level scorers as easily, they'll gladly take a guy that can get buckets, even if not quite as efficiently
