The two JUCO players make a lot of sense when you look at a breakdown like this. With Spangler sitting and red-shirting this year there isn't anyone in the graduating class of 2015.

I also don't remember a roster with only one player under 6'4" which is what we have this year and will have next year as well as Grooms is replaced by Woodard.

I was going to say the same thing. It was almost a necessity that OU sign some Juco players when you look at the class break down. I bet OU looks for a Juco or two next year too. Then they can start to focus mostly on high school players if they want to.

i would bet that we sign 0 juco players next year ...

in next years class if we signed any jucos .. they would come it and join a team with 4 juniors their first fall ..

You are right. I am not sure what I was thinking when I said that.

So next season -

1. M'Baye
2. Neal
3. Clark
4. Bennett
5. Spangler
6. Hield
7. Hornbeak
8. Cousins
9. Cole
10. Woodard
11. Elliott
12. Hamilton
13.

Should be one spot left for '13-'14, right?

Not if Henry takes that spot.

I would be less surprised with a Dominic Woodson or Karviar Shepherd commitment than I would by Jarion playing Big XII basketball. And that's pessimistic about JH, not optimistic about the other guys.

I thought Henry had reclassified to 2014?

Either way, I think he is a long shot. We wouldn't still be recruiting guys either, if we were out of scholarships.

Three more questions
1) Can someone that follows it closely list the most likely targets for the last spot?
I assume Dominic Woodson and Karviar Shepherd, but any others?
And 2) who is most likely to commit among these - without being overly optimistic?
3) By evidently sigining three guys in November (Woodard, Elliott, Hamilton), does this mean that LK can focus in on one target for the spring signing period? Is that more advantageous or would he rather sign all 4 in Novemeber and then concentrate full time on the '14-'15 class from here on out?

Regarding the one open scholarship spot ...

If all else fails, there is always the possibility of another inbound NCAA transfer. Maybe someone like one of these guys ...
