Why not look for a coach from the pro ranks? A former coach or a former/present assistant. Larry Brown apparently wants to get back to coaching. Byron Scott likes OKC. Who else? I like the idea for several reasons including recruiting, experience, splash(which some apparently think important for the proposed tv network, I guess) and they ought to be good with Xs and Os.
Why not???
