Confirmed reports that JW tore his ACL last night.

Awful way for his season and career to end.

Just saw this via Twitter. Hate it for him. And already bad year went to worse for him. Thank you JW for everything.

Terrible for Jordan. I've met his parents, great people, just a great family. You couldn't have drawn up a worse senior year for him. Oh well, hope he can do something, whether to continue to play or not, that will make him happy. Thanks JW! You are a great Sooner...

Wow! Too bad for Woodard. I'll always hold him in high regard as I do all Sooners for giving his all for the team. It doesn't matter whether he had a good or bad year. He gave us 4 years, and helped us get to a Final Four. Quite an accomplishment.

If people knew even half of what Jordan has dealt with this year they would find their criticism of his performance this year shameful. He has been an unbelievable warrior his entire career. His accomplishments are often overlooked, but will be appreciated far greater in coming years. Prayers for a truly great Sooner.

Terrible for him. Very grateful for all he's given to this program. He's played well and represented the university very well.

That said, this is a lost season, and JW won't be here next year, so it will be nice that the younger guys will gain additional experience.

Feel bad for Jordan. Such a class act & a true senior leader. Would like to see on senior night him take the floor in uniform for opening tip, then have team foul immediately to have him walk off court to standing ovation.

That would be awesome!!

Sad. This year was disappointing, but the previous three were so solid. Kid was a factor from Day 1. So many memories. Time flies man. Was hoping he'd get to go out to a standing ovation on Senior Night. Sucks.

SoonerLou, that is a great idea......I hope they do something like that for him. He's been a great Sooner and gave his all.......Prayers to him for quick healing.

Definitely too bad. He deserved the chance to finish out his career on the court, and it would have been fun to see if the team could win a couple games in Kansas City to go out on a high note.

FACTS. Prayers for you JW.

that poor kid! makes me feel so bad for him.

Back in the 80's Tommy Hearnes was fighting Iran Barkley. Hitman was dancing all over the ring and just lighting Barkley up for the first like 8 rounds of the fight. Just a whoopin.

Next round as Hearnes is pommeling him Barkley just sticks a damn jab and uppercut combination or somesuch out in blind space and it mystically tags Tommy and suddenly Hearnes was out on his feet standing up.

It was like voodoo magic. Absolutely arbitrary. And there was just shock and awe and on ABC time just kinda stood still for a second. Then as Hearnes unconscious body is parallel to the floor about to land on it Barkley throws another right cross to his chin on the way down as if to say "...and take that with you bee-atch".

that has been OU bball's fate this season.
