I like what you have but I would change it just a bit (this is in no particular order):

1st Tier: KU

2nd Tier: Baylor, KSU, OU, OSU, ISU

3rd Tier: TU, WVU

4th Tier: TTU, TCU

Also, You forgot to put Texas in there... Was that on purpose? Or just an oversight? I am interested as to where you would place them...
