you have to wonder if strong or someone else is not going to qualify ..

you have to think we want 3 ships for the 17 recruiting class

Solid group of players, certainly capable of competing night in and night out. I get that we are not reloading from a FF season, but I don't see this as a massive rebuild job either. Should be a fun season.

Looks like its time for another update unfortunately. Can this off season end already?

I think we really are gonna kick ourselves for not getting a5th year post transfer.. the roster is crying out for a 5th year transfer with only Woodard

This offseason hasn't been so bad. We lost assistant coaches, but that's a good thing. You want your assistants in demand and getting good opportunities elsewhere. The football program had the problem of assistants getting comfortable and lazy, and because of that they were guys who were never going to get better opportunities and the only way to get rid of them is fire them. That's not good for anybody.

The guys leaving are no big deal. Grandstaff was a free roll. He showed up unexpectedly in January. Then he was gone. He wold have helped the team, but it's not like he took somebody's spot.

Manyang would have played maybe 10 minutes a game next year. He wasn't a particularly good player. Getting those minutes to McNease and Freeman will pay off down the line.
