2025 NCAA Tourney Bracketology

For what it's worth, Lunardi just updated as of 11am. We are a 10 seed playing St. Mary's and then Tech in Wichita. I'm ok with that draw.

Men's Bracketology: UNC's win pushes Xavier and Indiana to the brink
I'll warn everyone now -- my luck never works out this way, so you can cross this off your list. :) I have a good friend who is charmed this way. He could move to the Alaskan wilderness and somehow KU (his alma mater/ favorite team) would end up playing there. Me . . . not so much.

Just curious why so many seem to think Tech isn't very good? Elite offense, top 30 defense, top 8 in both NET and KenPom. They do everything well offensively and have the conference POY, and are very well coached. I think they fit right in with the other likely 2 seeds.

Not everyone but think there’s a top tier (call it 6 - Auburn, Duke, Houston, Tenn, Alabama, FloridA) and they’re not in that top group. 7-20 are much more beatable etc.

***once again will update as more predictions come in
Updated. It seems like the consensus is us as a 10 or 11 seed playing either a Kansas, UCLA, etc.

Lunardi just updated his bracket at noon. We're back to being in the "Last Four Byes" category, though at the top. I just hope the likes of Texas and North Carolina do not win any more games. I prefer not to be in the "play-in" games and the loss last night keeps us out of any 8/9 matchups...let's hope we can stay in that "sweet spot" in between.

That’s why last night hurts. Texas and UNC can still add big wins. If they don’t, we should be ahead of both, but if not???

My biggest concern is the committee just deciding not to put 14 SEC teams in the tournament, and we are 14th.

Memphis in a tight one, 79-76 with under 30 left and the ball.

Edit - They do hold on.

Lunardi tends to overreact to conference tournament results compared to the committee historically imo. It makes sense since his employer needs to hype up conference tourney results for ratings purposes.
