34 on the S-curve

6 teams in from the Big 12

KU 3 seed
KSU 4 seed
OSU 6 seed
OU 9 seed
baylor and ISU 10 seed

our RPI is 19 and our SOS is up to 6

Still a ways to go and we could easily fall out if we don't play well. That basically puts us in if we just win the rest of our home games and beat 2 out of 3 of TCU/Tech/Texas. If we beat OSU in Stillwater we are pretty solidly in.

8 games left....

Need to finish 6-2 in those to be safe.

RPI and SOS will take a hit with the TCU (2x), Tech, WVU, and Texas (snicker) games left.

I think 5-3 gets us in. 4-4 and we'll need to get to work in Kansas City.

Absolutely. 5-3 would get us to 11-7 in the Big 12, and with a win over KU, there is no way we'd get left out at that point. None.

It is amazing that this team has a chance to play themselves into a seed that would actually give us a decent shot at winning a Tournament game. That is crazy.

We're in the dance as a no brainer. This team is not going to fall apart. Plenty of talent, depth, experience & athleticism.

The Iowa State game was no biggie. We were due for a stinker and the quick turnaround after the tough home loss to KSU at a place we rarely win was the perfect setup.

I also think that KSU and ISU are just really bad matchups for us.

Not so much KSU, but definitely Iowa State. We don't do anything exceptionally well, so grinding out W's is going to be the norm most nights. Iowa State and score the rock, tough for us to keep up.

5-3 and we are a lock .... 4-4 i think is ok as well ... as long as we don't lose to TCU or tech

Especially if we play them on night where every shot falls.

Those guys have not shot like that on the road.

They did in Stillwater - in fact, they actually shot better against OSU in Stillwater than they did against OU in Ames.

Against OU in Ames, they were 50.9% from the floor and 40.7% (11/27) from 3-point range.

Against OSU in Stillwater, they were 53.8% from the floor and 54.2% (13/24) from 3-point range.

However, that has been the exception. Overall, they certainly haven't shot as well away from Ames.

I think the impact of ISU hitting 6 of their first 8 left the perception they were on fire.
