Any updates on weekend visits?

from his twitter account sounds like Christian James had a good visit.
I think he's done taking visits, so a decision is probably coming soon.

According to James Hale at OU Insider, Christian James is visiting LSU this weekend, Oregon on 10/31, and U of Houston sometime next month (unofficial? .... he lives in Houston).

He has ou and Oregon on top right now. He really enjoyed his visit to ou. Was impressed by the family atmosphere of the team and university. Enjoyed the genuine hospitality he received in norman.

Let's hope he doesn't take anymore visits.
 
He said some really nice thing about the coaches, team, and even the city of Norman.
 
Man, after reading the SoonerScoop interview with James, I wouldn't be at all surprised if he cancels the other visits on his list and commits to OU before long.

With the Sooners and the Ducks now in his top two, if we can get past a visit to Oregon or convince him to cancel that trip, I feel pretty good about our chances of landing this kid. Everything I have seen and read about him seems to suggest that he fits the mold of the kind of player, and person, LK likes to recruit.
 
Wish we would have been able to go after him 100% the whole time. They were waiting on Shake before going all in when in reality they liked him as much as Shake. Trying to give the Oklahoma kid the first chance and it didn't work this time.

Interesting that they like him equal to Shake.
 
He reminds me of Terrence Williams from Louisville a few years ago. I hope we get him.
 
R.J Young says James will make his announcement Thursday at 2:30. Would have to be a pretty good sign right?
