We got 30 points off of the bench tonight, and that was with Walker going scoreless.

James 12
Buford 7
Manyang 8
McNeace 3

Our subs also had a combined 10 boards, 5 blocks, 6 assists and 2 steals.

James will go down as one of the biggest steals of the '15 class IMO. Without that broken leg, I'm not sure he picks ou.

The dang team needs this quote! Love this team

Yes, the bench was terrific last night! Come March, will it be James or Walker as the first guard off the bench? If I was Walker, I'd be spending extra time at the gym right about now.

As for Manyang, he really needed a game like that...showed some nice low-post moves!

Although no one "went off", it was a complete game from this team. Shot well, post offense, low turnovers, defense was good, and bench production

That is interesting. I would not say that. OU played well but they did not shoot well early. The turned the ball over too much, and the starters did not shoot well from three point range.

I actually think if OU played to its level, they score 110 to 115 on TCU and hold them to less points. I only say that in terms of saying I think OU can be even better and not to insult a very good performance.

I don't think some of the starters really got in a groove because of the substitution pattern. I really enjoyed James, Jamuni, and AK playing a lot. Really enjoyed watching Jamuni, he looks the part; just needs more PT

Not just did I enjoy watching them play, it was nice to get the starters that have worked so hard a little rest. Spangler in particular. Let McNeace and Manyang bang around inside for a game.

At a few points it seemed LK was getting next years team some time together, except Walker was in. Hopefully these kids get to play together in a few more games this year.
