Big 12 predictions

Overrated enough to be the reason we didn't get a 1 seed unfortunately.

Yep. He did go off a few times. Players that can and do "go off" tend to get overrated in general above their actual contributions.

One thing that cracks me up about your recruiting recaps that you get from team official sites is that they make every guy look like an impact player. I'm sorry but A&Ms class is not that impressive (neither is ISUs, neither is CUs, neither is Techs, neither is MUs....well you get the picture.).

I will give you Hibbert (though it sure seems strange that an eastcoast guy ranked that highly would end up at a such a shatty hoops school). The rest of them are pretty questionable imo. Ray Turner may be the most overrated prospect in Texas.

BTW,

KSU, KU, OU, Texas, and OSU (if Johnson ever makes it) all had good recruiting classes.

I did that this time, but don't usually. I usually get stuff from rivals articles or crap I found when I google.

Because there are no Mcdonalds All-Americans?

I disagree with you about A&M, ISU, Tech, and CU. MU does not have a good class right now, but the rest of them got better with their classes and thats the goal. If your team gets better because of players you signed it was a good class.

I think BigTime means, yeah, A&M might have gotten better, but so did the rest of the top half of the conference even more so. I, personally, think A&M will still be very good and has the chance to finish at 4 or 5 because of their returning talent and new recruits are really wild cards unless their in the top 20 in these rankings. My bet is that maybe two of A&M's class sees serious court time, and that's not necessarily their highest rated guys.

And also that Ray Turner blurb might be a little dated. Checking his rivals profile at least, he's not even rated.
