Sims had 40 points again for BU. Looks like there will be clear separation between the top 5 and the bottom 5 within the conference unless UT gets it together.

The game between OSU-UT was back and forth the entire night. And the game between KU-WVU was much closer throughout than the final score indicated. There is still no clear-cut front runner in my eyes. And KU and UT will be fighting for middle of the pack. But I don't think there is a major separation right at 5 teams. KU and UT will likely win some they shouldn't and lose some they shouldn't. But they will be a challenge most nights.

Texas will pose a matchup problem for almost anyone with all of their size. And they were without Fussel in the OSU game due to a knee injury, but she is expected back this season.
KU can catch fire at any time, I believe. They have one of the top centers in the league, just need to find her some help. The guards seem to be inconsistent at best, but if two or three are on for a stretch of time they will be very dangerous.

You are spot on, O-State2009. A lady on hoopscoop gave a good analysis of the conference race on Wednesday. I think she may be a Texas fan. It is quite lenghty, but I am in agreement with her predictions.

IF Texas plays in the future as well as they are recruiting right now, they will be a handful for the rest of the Big 12.
