I am simply being honest. I am a very loyal and true friend but I cannot meet unexpressed expectations, especially when they are a bit outside the norm. To me expecting that something you state on the internet not be repeated is outside the norm.
It was hardly expressed in confidence or a setting where one would have some expectation of privacy. It is also not pertaining to a subject mater that most would think is confidential. For example, if a friend tells me a story about having trouble in their marriage, I really don't need to be told that is confidential or potentially confidential because it is not the type of information that is shared with everyone but if you tell me Bolden might attend OU, I would not personally assume that is confidential.
I will gladly honor this request in the future and I never actually repeated his information on another site to my knowledge. However, I find it unreasonable to bail on everyone simply because one person violated some unspoken rule. If my expressing this, makes me a bad guy in your opinion then so be it.
I also hope Leopard will decide to remain part of our little group. He seems like a very knowledgable and good guy. My comments are not remotely meant to insult him. I just think he should consider them. I don't see an offense here unless he actually expressed his desire to not be repeated.
