Some people could look to have there moral compasses calibrated there. Many things in life are dynamic thus things could change on a dime. And people could look elsewhere for these things.
Are we really saying nobody should look at the president as a way to conduct themselves in any way? That’s where Trump has taken us.
Why do you have to be so childish? I'm afraid I asked. Now your last point, unlike you're initial statement, is a great question.
This is my take. There was a tv personality named Matt Lauer. Matt was very successful and came across as intellectual, but at the same time an easy going fellow. Now I feel that more people "knew of" this man than actually "knew" him personally. Now for those that "knew of" Matt these people might have been impressed with him to the point that they were compelled to pattern at least some part of their life after him. If so, do you believe these people made a wise choice? I know I don't. Thus it is a person's own judgement as to who and where they get their moral compass calibrated, but they would be better served, in my opinion, to choose a person or place that they know much more about and are much more familiar with. When I drive a car in an unfamiliar place I drive with more caution than a place I am very familiar with. I wish people would really get to know the people they cherish, look up to, worship, if they have to worship people, then to blindly accept a person they really do not know. Many people marry a person and then realize "I do not know who this person is." Not a good take IN MY OPINION. In closing, there are many Matt Lauers in the landscape of life. Never judge a book by its cover.
