The implication is that life is tough for EVERYBODY, so stop getting your feelings hurt at every little thing.

If a player's family comes on here and reads something that they don't like, tough. That's life. Nobody is attacking these kids personally. And nobody here knows what they kids are or are not doing in the classroom or at practice. Maybe they aren't taking care of business.

I find it funny you take this position, yet LK is almost certainly running off one or two players this year. You gonna be mad at LK? You gonna send him a hateful email suggesting he should keep basketball players on scholarship that aren't carrying their weight? Scholarships are a one year deal. There is no promise of 4 years when the kids sign on.

I think it's a good idea to assume they are taking care of business until there is public evidence otherwise. They're college kids, not highly paid professionals, so gleefully calling for them to be sent packing crosses a line for many of us.

No one gets more butt-hurt than a negative poster who gets called on his or her negativity. One sees it over and over, here and elsewhere. They are the true snowflakes -- tough guys when assessing others, fragile flowers when called on their own behavior.

I'm hopeful that Freeman will show his shooting ability next year and become a decent defender and rebounder. He has to be better on the boards to play a bunch. He and Manek seem to have similar skill sets. I think Manek is probably a better athlete but he is thinner at this time.

I'm hopeful that Freeman will show his shooting ability next year and become a decent defender and rebounder. He has to be better on the boards to play a bunch. He and Manek seem to have similar skill sets. I think Manek is probably a better athlete but he is thinner at this time.

That is one of my fears, that we are bottle-necking a bit at the stretch 4 spot, and I'm not sure at this point what the potential is for anybody except Doolittle.

Doolittle, Buford, Freeman, and Manek are all very similar players, skill set-wise. And Doolittle, Freeman, and Manek are all very close in class.

Good to see Duvall confirm what Coach wrote last week then. Wonder if OU might announce his transfer with the "other" possible player who is transferring.

I would imagine they'll allow the kids to announce it themselves before the school announces either one.

Acclamation to new environments and new practice techniques can take time to get integrated into the body. I think we will see marked improvements over time and much more impact in games.

I get tired of posters bashing kids. Kids who are still growing up, learning how to develop skills, learning how to discipline their minds to discipline their bodies. Learning how to inculcate techniques into the physical. It takes time, perseverance, and patience. Sometimes, things just don't work our for a person in the way that they saw, or see, life unfolding. It's just to easy to sit back and criticize athletes for not performing to a level of fans' expectations.

I dont care if you ridicule me for being sensitive or not. The whole snowflake is just a juvenile taunt when someone has no other leg to stand on.

Any time you criticize someone you should fully expect a reply. Not expecting one or feigning disgust if it isn't a positive is completely naive and juvenile on its' own.

But I dont mean to use big words you guys can't understand.

Doolittle may get some time at the 3 especially later in his career.
