I like how this team can turn up the heat on defense to get stops when the game is on the line. I just wish they would unleash some of that intensity early on like we have seen them do in games that had their attention from the opening tap. There is an inherent danger in waiting too long to improve on the defensive end. Doing that in the NCAA tourney could mean a disappointing loss to a team with a lot to prove and nothing to lose by going all out against the higher seeded team.
