Going to be sad to watch Cade play his last home game on Saturday. Take a moment and jot down a final thought to him and I will make sure it gets to him on monday through the basketball coaches office.

Thanks

BT

Cade,

Caderade. Making it rain. I will always remember the hustle plays, how you couldn't miss from the free throw line as a frosh, and those sky-scraping long range Js that splashed the net oh so many times at the Lloyd Noble Center. Thanks for all the hard work and for being a Sooner. Best of luck with your life's future endeavors. Approach them with the same heart and attitude that you did for OU basketball and there is little doubt that you will have great success in whatever you choose to do.

Boomer Sooner!

Re: Farewell Note to Terrel Cade Davis

Thoroughly enjoyed watching Cade play. It's always nice for a kid from your hometown to do great things. I'm proud of the way that Cade always represented where he came from with hard work and class. We all knew he could do these things. It's nice that the rest of the world got to see it. Good luck with whatever it is you choose to pursue. No doubt success will follow. Now go out there and lay about 37 on the Pokes tomorrow. A win in your final home game would make some of the crap you've gone through the last two years a little easier to accept.

Good stuff, BigTime. Thanks for doing that.

Cade

It has been a lot of fun for me to watch you play basketball at OU over the past four seasons. You always leave it all out on the floor and for that you have my respect. You have expanded your game each year of the past four and have always played whatever role that your coaching staff has asked you to play. I'll never forget the night that you locked down Rotnei Clarke at the LNC last season.

Good luck to you young man.

Throw down some dunks like these on OSU. Good luck with your future endeavors.

I truly appreciate his time at OU. Enjoyed watching him play ball!

Cade,

Since I'm originally from Southwestern Oklahoma, I was thrilled when OU signed a kid from Short Grass country. For the last four years, you have represented the Sooners and the State of Oklahoma with class. Your dedication and work ethic have set a wonderful example for current and future Sooners. Thank you for being a Sooner and good luck where ever life takes you in the future.

MPS

He needs 48 points in the next 2 games to get in the 1000 point club at OU. Only 33 other Sooners have accomplished this. It may not happen. He needs to only play a little better than he's played the last few games to do this. He's scored around 20 a game the last couple games. If OU finds a way to win the first game of the Big 12 Tournament he'll get it pretty easily.

Cade,

Thanks for leaving it all out on the floor everytime you lace up the sneaks. Good luck in all your future endeavors.

It's been great watching you play. Thanks for representing EC and OU with class.
Two of the best games I ever saw you play were when you were sick, first with mono against Weatherford, then the Mizzou game last year. That particular brand of guts will take you far in life.

Cade,

You are a fine ambassador for both the state and University. You are one of my all time favorite Sooners in any sport, and I hope you stay in touch with the University after your playing days are over, you will be missed.

Cade,
This year SeniorSooner chose your picture as his avatar. While he is a solid poster who usually uses logic, sometimes his posts got on my last nerve, and I got the urge to punch him in the face. Since your face was what I envisioned as his, I wanted to punch your face. I'm sorry. Thanks for the memories.

Man I'm gonna miss seeing him lace up for the Crimson and Cream.

Gonna be hard not to shed a few tears tomorrow, Cade's a great Sooner and always will be.

The last true Kelvin-esque type player that we have...he is the epitome of what KS wanted to bring to OU hoops...all heart and all hustle...lays everything on the line every game and really just goes at it...Cade's one of those players who people will always remember fondly because of the hard work and dedication he displayed for the university...definitely gonna be sad to see him go...

thank you for representing the University of Oklahoma with such dignity. you gave 40 minutes of everything your body would allow. when the buzzer sounded, it was all left on the hardwood for everyone to see. you have been a part of one of the best seasons in Sooner history, and two of the worst. but through it all, your character, heart, hustle and undying determination will be what is embedded in my memory forever. you have been the product of unwarranted criticism. and at times, looked like the only one who gave a damn about getting a win. and i could never show enough appreciation for that.

my grandfather was a big reason i am such a huge sports fan today. he was born in sayre and lived in elk city his entire life. i am truly sad he never got to witness the will and grit his hometown boy has displayed over the past four years. your dedication to improvement over that time is what every coach in the country would kill to have from every player on his roster. frank martin summed it up best when he told you "I respect the hell out of you. you're a helluva player." there's not much better than that kind of reverence. and you deserved better over these last two years. you have been that small beam of light shining through the darkest of clouds. and for your effort, i thank you.

Will be weird next year without you on the squad Cade...Good luck in your future...I will always have a spot open for you on my rec squad...
