Friday's Opponent - Waregem

This is the last game in Belgium right? I'm curious how the French teams/leagues compare.

They will play 2 upper division pro teams. They will have a chance to lose them both. A split will be a good result. The other two, from my understanding, will be cupcakes. I think the next two are in Belgium against similar competition as today.

It would be good if they played the best teams last. I hope they are severely challenged in the games against the upper division teams. Sometimes a loss creates an enhanced opportunity for teaching by the coaches. It is not like a loss in August in Europe is going to hurt them.

Yes, that is all true. And besides, I think this bunch is a little cocky. 4-1 or 3-2 would probably do them more long term good than 5-0. However, I am rooting for 5-0.

Me too. :D

A little cockiness is not all bad.

I've never seen a Lon Kruger team that looked unprepared. Win or loss, I think he can get through to the team. 5-0 sure would be a good sign, though.
