Is Hale still riding on the Capel bandwagon?

His "T" button on his keyboard only works half time.

Hale just started another thread "expect Capel to stay".

He was getting totally owned in the previous thread so he just deleted it.

:ez-roll:

Skyvue questioned the headline of Hale's post because it was stating Capel was staying as a fact, when the actual content of the post was just his uneducated opinion. When Hale responded rudely and tried to give him a lesson on journalism, skyvue informed him he was a published writer as well.

Hale then challenged skyvue to name his journalism credentials, which he did and when compared to Hale's made him look like a bathroom janitor.

Some other posters came in and called out Hale for his opinion and he got upset about it. Someone then told him he shouldn't be uptight, and then along with a couple of other posters said they were canceling their subscriptions. Post deleted.

To be honest, watching him meltdown and berate his customers day in an day out is almost worth the $10 a month. Then every now and then he does manage a good interview with a recruit.

Man, I'll never forget one Sooners Illustrated "Signing Day" issue when Hale was writing for them (maybe the year of Chip Ambres). Each player's bio was so chock-full of misspellings and incomplete sentences...it was an absolute embarassment. I could only imagine the family and friends of each athlete anxiously picking up the issue only to see that it had been written by someone who would have failed 3rd grade grammar class.

Oh yeah, I've canceled my membership over there and am just playing out the string as my annual deal expires. One can only take so much of the defensive/attacking nature of his interaction with anyone who dares question his OPINION.

I remember 1999: Josh Heuple. May have even been Hueple. It was very butchered.

If Capel is fired, I might sign up for a free week for entertainment purposes.

I always defended that board and Hale but right before their move to the horrible 247 site Hale's and Bishop's attitude was beyond pathetic.
I lost any respect I had left for them and as a paying customer of theirs for over 10 years I saw enough.
I did quit paying them before the move because there wasn't any info worth paying for anymore. Closed football practices and even newspapers starting to hit the recruiting trail just made that choice easier.

Plus they killed a great board with their move to 247. That place is dead, dead, dead now.
Fun to see stuckinmexas constantly being the board cheerleader now though. I swear he should have pom-pons. Reminds of the Iraqi information minister claiming that the Americans were no where near Bagdad. Seems like a good guy though.

as dead as that board is and as bad as BB and Hale are makes me feel rather vindicated.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

serenity now

You knew OUInsider was in a bad way when one of the owners pretty much called all the posters that wanted to post for free, trash. Nice business move OUI.
