He could barely dunk. In all of the post game videos, he's avoiding contact with teammates when they're dancing. I think he's hurt and has been for weeks. If so, kudos to him for toughing this out!

When we had our off week, Kruger said something about Spangler needing to heal up.

He was limping earlier in the game after contact was made with another player.

He got 13 rebounds tonight. Hardly call that soft. He does seem to be shy on offense since he had that big game. Doesn't seem to want to shoot like he did earlier in the season.

Could be an injury. Us experts don't have to worry about injuries or illness.

I'm pretty confident no one in this thread called him soft.

I like Dougie's analysis but he said that contact shouldn't have been a foul?! I disagree wholeheartedly as Spangler clearly had the ball and the Dayton player bumped him with his butt and caused Spangler to lose the ball.

I noticed the same thing. Hopefully the time helps him out. You know Spangler loves OU. I want, so bad, for him to hit a huge shot to feel redeemed for the Big 12 semis.

Is your condescending tone your strong spot or your weak spot.

The Sooners posted a 35-23 rebounding advantage, the fourth straight game they have outboarded their opponent by at least five. Dayton's 23 rebounds were the fewest by an opponent this year (by four).

Junior Ryan Spangler pulled down a game-high 12 rebounds (no Flyer had more than five), marking the 22nd time in 34 games this season he led the Sooners on the glass.

The Sooner's rebounding margin was a big factor in achieving victory, and a trip to the Sweet-16. TaShawn got nine big boards and Isaiah added six.

Get well Ryan.
