I'm not clear on one thing, however (don't follow recruiting much). Is this a verbal only? If so, do you recruiting gurus on the board feel confident we will be able to hold onto Mr. Buford?

Its verbal only until signing day. We'll be fine. He wants the NBA and like Kruger for being at both levels.

You are correct. It's November 13 - 20 this year.

I think it's safe to say that all of our 2014 commits so far will sign in the early period. I doubt if Buford would announce his intentions at this late date, only to renege on it a few days later.

The same is true of Khadeem Lattin. Hale did a nice interview with him a couple of days ago. Lattin said he is firmly committed to the Sooners and can't wait to be a difference maker next year.

Great news and it is funny how so many people have bashed Kruger and his staff and how they have been "outrecruited" and how they "can't recruit", etc.

Looks like we are definitely going in the right direction.
