Having 2 bad seasons hurts your recruiting no matter what. That's something Jeff will have to fight no matter what.

if joe had no intentions of firing capel, then it would be pretty easy to just come out, calm the waters and back the coach by saying something like "i'm not getting into that. he's our coach, and he will continue to be our coach for the foreseeable future." but silence? not good.
I've heard 3 interviews with Capel after the win and he sounds like a burdened man. Not very happy after such a shocking, impressive win.
