The problem is that, in basically all sports, OU is falling behind in recruiting.

In football, sure. The team sucks. But in women's basketball? KU should never have a better class than OU in women's basketball, nor should they beat OU for a girl from Norman.

OU just got the # 1 class in softball and women's gymnastics. Lofton and Stewart are highly rated. Still have a chance for Chavez. If not get a couple of portal players. Not sure about Volleyball and Soccer. I know they signed some players. Basketball has 5 offers to give.

Absolutely agree. Jennie is not bad at recruiting IMO, I actually think she is pretty damn decent. She’s a HELL of a lot better then Sherrie Coale was. Sherrie had her bad and good moments when it came to recruiting. I feel like Jennie hasn’t really had a bad moment in recruiting yet. I mean yes she has miss on getting some homegrown recruits but you can’t blame her for that. At the end of the day the Athletes are the one’s picking where they want to go and who they want to play for, all Jennie really can do is try to sell a recruit OU WBB foundation and her background as a player herself, how she is as a HC and how she is a person in general.
 
I’ll blame porter… if he had the men’s program on par with self, she would have stayed. Who doesn’t love a great atmosphere at the men’s games…
