I saw this video clip on one of the sports segments of the Houston local news. Roach is a freshman guard for UT (Texas) and is only 6'3" but it shows him maxing out on a 13' jump basically touching the top of the backboard. His head was above the rim. Watch the video clip in the attached article.
Kerwin is out of Houston Northshore HS and last year in HS at the Texas Relays in March he set the triple-jump record at 50'8" breaking a record that had stood since 2010. He broke the 50' mark on 5 of his 6 jumps ...... the only athlete to hit that mark.
