Texas is such a well coached team with fantastic guards, and I’m sure one of these years, they are bound to advance past the first round. But at least they had that amazing two-game winning streak to claim the conference tournament. Gotta love seeing the Horns face plant, even though it spoils the perfect record for the conference in the first round.

It would have been nice for Andrew Jones to have the game-winning shot but Texas couldn't manage 13.5 seconds of solid defense and lost the game.

On replay definitely was a foul - the hack down by Coleman probably prevented an easy put back.

They out shot ACU by 45% to 30%. Turnovers matter.

Texas was a turnover heavy team that was fairly poor shooting from out of the lane all year. They basically only won on being big and athletic. That burns you at some point. That's why at times they look great and others they look real bad.

The last time a Shaka Smart led team won an NCAA Tournament was March 21st 2013. Last time Texas won an NCAA Tournament game, March 20th, 2014. Oklahoma has won 7 NCAA Tournament games in that span. I wouldn't be shocked if just about every other Big 12 team has won at least 1 Big 12 game since.

I agree...horns should not have been in that spot...realistically

I thought there were some really rough play throughout the game but a foul is a foul just cause there is 2 sec left or 20 min.
