Yep it's fantastic. Picked up my new ipad yesterday and it was one of the first apps I picked up.

How about the course images hole by hole? The resolution of those pictures is amazing and makes the HD flyover videos pale in comparison.

Yea they are sweet it was like being there. I did watch some NBA highlights on it last night the clarity of the picture blows your mind, especially when I look up at a top of line TV picture and then look back at the ipad. Unreal what they have done.

We have the same interests, but I would put the Ryder Cup in there with the Masters. (not a yearly event, however)

I really enjoy the Players as well, great closing holes to decide it.

OK even better. The Masters app has 4 live channels you can watch all day and if you have an Apple TV you can use airplay to beam it to your HDTV.

Watching Amen Corner right now. Leave it to Apple. You can see how sports broadcasting will be done in the future. Not only can the user select what event to watch on demand, they can select different camera angles or featured players etc.

Well, another great masters in the books. Had a playoff between two exciting young players in Louis Oostheizen and Bubba Watson. The shot Bubba hit on the second playoff hole was nothing short of amazing.

I like Oosthiezen, but after seeing Bubba's reaction you can't help but pull for the guy. He is a 100% self made golfer. He doesnt have a coach, never had a coach, doesnt want a coach, etc. He created a swing that works for him and he has now elevated himself to an elite player.
