Better than UT for Max… but amazing to me how KSU is able to pull these players.

Dickinson not surprised. He wants a ring and is playing the odds.
 
Seeing predictions of Hill to UNLV.

I doubt they are paying him what I've seen suggested he was chasing.

As much as I love college sports, the current model with large sums of money, tampering and portal are making it hard to want to be a fan.

I went to so many games during the football/basketball dry years of '90-'97 -- as I was in school there. I'm having trouble keeping my love for "amature" athletics.

I think after seeing what Tang accomplished and what a fun, free style they play, a lot of players will want to go there. Johnson is the only truly coveted player they got last season. Otherwise, he just did a great job identifying guys who weren’t really on anyone’s radar. Now, he will have a much better chance to reel in some big fish.
 
I don’t see OU competing very well in this new environment. KU will get whoever they want, as usual. They have wealthy donors that have been paying players for decades. OU isn’t going to outbid anyone in basketball. So, it’s the leftovers for us.

That’s not at all Mosers fault, but it will contribute to his tenure likely being cut short.

That would be hilarious, if true. No one cares about UNLV (My wife is from LV and is an alum). he might even get less there

Hill is from Vegas. I thought he might want to go back there. It might not even be about the money with him.

If it was, I’m pretty sure we could match or exceed what he’d get there.

Yes. He also canceled 1 of his visits (Nebraska maybe). It’s down to ou wvu and wvu looks to be in better shape elsewhere. Ou needs to get him committed this weekend.
 
So if we get Hughes, McCollum, and Small next week... How are we feeling?
