Those two guards seem like very similar players, including their size. They were also very high usage guys at their old schools, so it would be interesting to see how they would fit and be used if they both sign. I wish one was 6’5” because size and athleticism in the backcourt is a need.
 
Give me these two guys, Traore, and Hughley, and our overall athleticism and basketball skill takes a big leap forward.

After that, we can fill gaps -- take best available or look for 3 and D guy or a Hill replacement.

This is an honest question so please don’t think I’m trolling. Are the two guards great athletes? They are very small. Are they explosive? I guess just from their builds, I’m picturing a couple guys similar to Mo Gibson. I’d love it if these guys are more athletic than their size suggests. Some of the teams in our league have nothing but 6’4”+ guys on the wing.

McCollom is a speed guy. Very shifty and can finish tough shots over bigger players. Small is a little harder to gauge...but his overall skill level is high. He's similar to Sherfield in terms of his ability to see the floor. Sherfield's a better scorer.

I get what you're saying, but...

heck in today's "free market agency" I'll just see who shows up next November...this is ridiculous. Even the "blue bloods" are taking hits.

It'll be this way every year...

I don’t know, looked like a pretty fun place to be for the players this year. Of course winning is always fun and Tang seems like a good dude to play for.
 
KSU about to get Castillo as well.
He’s headed to prep at sunrise I think.
