Milwaukee vs. Norman

Definitely! Good thing they wanted to do that, it was as bad a shot as I've hit all year. About 10 yards off the ground, screaming hook with wings on it with a 3 wood. I called it a "Tiger Drive" (although he's starting to play better)

lol. Cool post. Don't think there is any shame in waiting to get married and have children until you're ready.

No joke.

Didn't see in the by-laws that it is categorical for you to have a child and wife by your mid-to-late 20's. Must have missed that memo.

I was born in Wisky and raised mostly in Oklahoma. Almost all of my family is in Wisky and I go up there at least once a year. But as an OU alum, Norman holds a special place in my heart but so does Wisky. They are both great places

No lying, most interesting thread on this board in awhile. I feel like I learned a little bit about each of you.

Good posting, everyone.

75, but I must note we played 2 off the first tee and my first one quacked, lol. So without that I probably double one instead of par. All the guys in our group were/are pretty good have been playing for a long time, fun day.

Next time you are in Tulsa we should play. I think you would get along better with me than you might think.

I am always ready to tee it up, and I am sure we would get along very well.

I shot a 90, in 30 mph winds. It was ridiculous.

I birdied #1, and got pars on 2,3,4, and bogied #5. On #6 (the hole that doglegs straight left) I had a 170 yard approach shot into a 30 mph wind, so I hit the most perfect 3-hybrid shot of my life and flew the green into the "native area" behind the green. Took a penalty there, overshot into the bunker, took me 2 to get out. Ended up with a 9 on that hole. After that, it was a strange mix of par's and 8's the rest of the way.

Strangest round of golf I have ever played. The wind tore me up. I struggled with club selection and O/B penalties.

I agree.

I really like Berry Tramel's writing, but his best writing is when he writes about his travel for different sporting events. He always mentions restaurants he ate at and what he ate, or things he stopped at along the way. I've told him before he should write a book about his travels because I think it would be very interesting.

Waited until I hit 30 and glad I did. Had a lot of fun in my mid to late 20s

Thirty? Heck, I waited till I was 49, and my wife, who was just 25, proposed to me, or I'd have surely made it past 50.

Actually, the right time is when you meet the right gal or guy. Once you have, there's no reason to wait. And until you have, there are a million and one reasons to wait.
