Unfortunately tif districts across the state are not living up to the initial design. Some have been successful, others not as much. This is placing some pull backs on these districts.

I think in a lot of ways this may actually help student attendance by having a vibrant social scene right around the arena. I’m sure they ll have no issues filling it year round, no more pussyfooting around this has to happen.
