From the article:
Proposals to design, build and operate the arena came from:
•
Legends Global, a venue management group based in Los Angeles;
•
Gensler Architects, a design and architecture firm headquartered in San Francisco;
and
Manhattan Construction LLC, an Oklahoma City-based construction company.
Proposals to design and build the arena’s parking garage came from:
•
OVG, a professional sports and commercial real estate company based in Denver;
•
Populous Architects, a sports and entertainment design company headquartered in Kansas City;
• and
Flintco LLC, a construction and design company registered and licensed in 34 states.
OVG submitted a bid for the parking garage. They manage a ton of arenas, but not this one.
Looks like Legends Global is the only one that specializes in arena management.
