I would think so, even tho if OU does sign one more guard( I think they will) people might start calling for her head again.
While checking on the status of another potential recruit, I was directed to HornFans where I noticed that:
1. they were very complimentary about the commitment of Williams, and,
2. they indicated that Baylor has zero commits for 2018.

I think Baylor could take a dip this year, most of the kids they are looking at in 2018 are the top players in th class, but I think DeCosta heads to Louisville and Smith to South Carolina... only time will tell.

An insanely huge pickup. A real recruiting coup.
Just like Trae Young can massively help Lon's team, you add Madison Williams, a true top ten player, and it can have the same effect.
Llanusa/Tatum/Williams that's a player core that could take back control of the conference.
Also, potentially OU's best guard/wing group since Drob/Nyeshia/Hand.
Adding two elite kids in 2018 is a great way to make up for Dungee defection.
It's the highest rated african american player from Texas that Sherri has ever "signed" ( i realize signing day is not until November, but verbals like this are almost a lock to sign).
Tatum and Williams would appear to give OU a foothold back into elite Texas recruiting.
They seem like players that other players would want to play with. Hopefully a sign that OU
will be a force in Texas HS recruiting moving forward 2019/2020
Now, if Sherri can close with a Power Forward/Center type, then you have to give this
class an A.
We just got hit with one major great surprise. I'll think positively about a 2nd one before November.

This is fantastic news! To be honest, i'm surprised, she's not SC's typical type of player, she reminds me very very much of Nyeisha Stevenson (prob mispelled that, sorry) and a little bit of Amanda Thompson, which is exciting! Just imagine now if we could get a good center, and also DeCosta to commit! That along with Llanusa would definitely make for a Big 12 contender! As is though, I think this class is the most promising in a LONG time, IF we can get a solid big girl committed. How many more scholarships could we give for 2018? We have 4 which is pushing the biggest class we've had in a while (5 is to my best knowledge our biggest).

That's who she really reminds me of! So, if these videos are of her as a junior in high school, assuming she continues to develop as a player, I cannot wait to see how good she will be and how much she helps our program! This is of course assuming she stays at OU all four years (fingers crossed/knock on wood)!! Any idea on any other players we are recruiting that may realistically commit?
