Nigel Williams-Goss??

Nigel has already decommitted from UNLV so he is open and I bet he's willing to listen to Kruger. Also him and Ismail Wainright are supposedly buddies.

Seems like we are in on a lot of good kids for 2013 (an important recruiting class), and a few good ones in 2012 and 2014. Hopefully LK can land one or two really good players, and this turnaround may not take long at all. It seems like a few of these kids are interconnected as well. If we land Randle for example, he might be able to help us get a couple other highly thought of kids that he is buddies with.

It's nice to be excited about OU basketball again.

Don't worry. I'm sure RCHoopla or OU_Tugfest will be here soon to **** all over this thread, too.

In theory, Randle is a program changer for OU in more ways then one. Not only is he the best player in 2013 he seems like the type of kid others would follow to a school. Everything I have read about Randle is that he is a great kid as well.

Kruger has to hope that Randle not only wants to stay close to home but that he wants to change a program like Blake did (he's a Blake fan so got that going). I think there is some real interest in OU but he will be hard to get with KU, UNC and Duke knocking down his door.

The world is ending in December 2012, not sure why Kruger is wasting his time on 2013 recruits.

Not saying it will happen but imagine this 2013 OU recruiting class:

Wainright
Randle
Williams-Goss

I can dream right. Might give my left pinkie finger for that to happen!! Or maybe only half of it!!!

Add Jordan Woodard to that and we are ready to go

2013 is gonna need to bring in about 5 kids.
Losing
Osby
Pledger
Fitz
Blair
Grooms
Goff?
Hardrick?
Arent?

Radle and Wainwright are two of the better outer of state options that are big fishes.

In state kids like Jordan Woodard, Stevie Clark, Juwan Parker and Shaq Morris could be the backbone of the class though and out of state jewels would enhance it.

Im sure if OU is the first one to try not recruiting for 2013, the rest of the schools will follow..texas, osu, etc....smh... :facepalm:ez-roll:

Goss looks like a real good player but I know in 1 of the interviews after Kruger left UNLV his father stated their real preference was to stay on the west coast so...

Any chance Kruger gets this 2013 recruit to switch his committment to OU

SoonerWarVet, thanks for your service to this country. When were you overseas? I'm in the Marines and I'm getting discharged today, (Finally), and I served in Iraq in 2009.

Served in the Navy on a amphib ship with about 1000 marines from 2002-2006. Was in Iraq/Persian Gulf/Horn of Africa for the better part of 2004. Now work for the VA in the veterans benefit administration handling disability claims (I make the decisions on service connection). Hit me up on a PM if you have any questions.

Thanks for your service too. I met some really cool marines while stationed in San Diego.

I remember that feeling the day I was getting discharged. While I enjoyed serving (kind of), I was overwhelmed with joy. Happy moment!!!
