Thought maybe for the 20 of us or so that follow OU and league bball this might work...rather than just new threads for every other non OU game.

ku looked decent last night against tcu. Tcu misses Fisher...I haven't heard just that he was out.

ku will get use to that small guard line-up. The kid from KCMO is a good player. Seems like a great family. I thought he was a Sr THIS yr was going to go watch him.

Ksu came back and beat huggie...lol. wv was up 21.

Considering we play both of them next..

KU will get De Sousa (sp) back I some point. Will help their bigs

Yeah it was 42-21 early second half then KSU and Brown caught fire

Seems like no lead safe in college ball

KU will definitely figure out how to make the small lineup work, the freshman who made his debut last night can really play. Fisher of TCU hut his knee but not sure how long he is out. That will be a tough game Saturday, hope we get shots to fall and get a good crowd.

KSU potentially saved its season last night. Just read that Wade will be back within 10 days -- he kills OU, so I'm sure he wants to play in Norman next week.

Obviously this is non-Big 12, but the final two plays Kelvin drew up for Houston last night were outstanding. Down 5 with about 40 seconds left, they went the length of the floor and got (and made) an open three on a set play that only took a few seconds. The full court play that led to what should have been the winning layup if not for the BS charge call was also great. So many college teams mess up those situations and don't even get a shot off. His NBA time definitely made him a better offensive coach.

I think we can all agree that WV is in deep trouble. I think osu plays harder than they do and I think Baylor is a better team....thus, don't be shocked if WV finishes 10th. I didn't see the game last night, but that has to be a crushing loss after blowing that lead.

K-State, even with Wade back, doesn't really scare me. They weren't playing that well when he was in the lineup for the first part of the season. Unfortunately for us, we've just had a bad run against KSU the last several years. We simply don't play well in Bramlage even when we have the significantly better team.....I can't explain it.

Texas is the biggest enigma to me. They have talent, but they are the most schizo team in the Big 12 that I can remember. I think they could finish anywhere between 4th and 9th. They don't have really good PG play (inconsistent at best) and they are a very poor outside shooting team. But, like us, their defense keeps them in games.

The top 5 in the league (not necessarily in this order) are: KU, Tech, ISU, OU, and TCU. And I do believe there is separation from the aforementioned five and the rest of the league. And I expect that separation will continue to bear itself out as the season goes along.

If you asked me right now, I think the Big 12 gets six in the tournament with KSU and Texas fighting for the final spot.

Thought our 1st game with ksu was in Norman...? Beating them in Manhattan will be tough for sure.

It is, next week. Manhattan game is at end of the season. I mentioned that game a couple days ago just because someone brought up a prior game there.

Tech at Texas and KU at Baylor are interesting tomorrow. Both road teams should win but it’s the road. Hoping they both lose to keep us closer to them since those are our 2 losses. Right now Tech is -1 and KU is -2.5. OU is currently -5.

The fact we are bigger favorites than KU and Tech shows how important home court is! I'm pretty worried about our game, TCU is definitely good enough to beat us unless we play well. And unfortunately, they don't have enough brand recognition to get the casual OU fan to show up and make it a tough environment.

I think KU will handle Baylor. And while it wouldn't necessarily be good for OU in the standings, I actually hope Tech wins. I'd love for us to be the ones to eventually end KU's streak but at this point, I'd settle for anyone doing it!

the guy doing color for the KState/ISU game sounds exactly like Brian Posehn. Keep thinking it is him every time he makes a comment. He should talk about geology.

How is it oswho and wvu are on national television, while a top 25 matchup in Norman is limited to Fox Sports OK?

Worst team of all-time is 4 minutes away from another W

k st with the road win at ISU. They are playing like they were expected to play now. Another tough home game for us next week.

Road Warrior Saturday: With one game left to play today (KU@BU), Oklahoma is the only HOME team to win.

After falling behind, 18-2, Baylor has climbed back into it against KU. It's 22-19 with 4:27 remaining in the first half.
