Why do you think we rank last in this category?
 
Well, lack of quickness has to rate right up there. Texada made all our guards look like they were frozen. I rather suspect Bias will as well.

Also you rarely see OU trying to jump passing lanes as they seem to be content to trying to keep their opponents in front of them.

I think Manning and Hand could have helped up with this stat.
 
Yes, Whit is good for 2 per game all by herself. She usually knows where the ball is going.
 
It is called being conservative because you have no depth. The top five players know they need to conserve energy to make it through the game. This team can't go full bore because they know the tank will be empty late.
 
I would say there are primarily two reasons:

1. Lack of quickness.

2. Lack of aggression. When you get nose to nose with the ball handler it can cause them to make mistakes. We generally back off the ball handler rather than attack.
