OKC Thunder

It may be in 4 games just not the way people thought. Thunder can't cover 3s. And played too much small ball and have no real half court offense. Just iso ball.

I am going to go out on a limb here and pick The Thunder to win game three by fourteen points, and yes, I know that they're the road team...

Thunder are about to lose by double digits most likely. Defense was a no show after the first quarter. Offense didn't do enough with the role players. Starters played pretty well for the most part. But it's hard to win when you can't defend the other team. But the Thunder's defense in the playoffs has been mostly bad. Pacers are gonna have a shot to win this in 5.

Biggest problem with the Thunder is that Daigneault has completely forgot what he did to win all of the games during the regular season. Rick Carlisle is cleaning his clock. He changes the rotation and then lets Indiana dictate the pace of the game. At the same time, OKC has shortened the bench and so they are getting worn out. He needs to make Indiana defend two bigs at once. The whole series has been different than the regular season and the first three series. There is an old saying that you "dance with what brung ya!!!" Daigneault has forgotten what got them there.

Double bigs should be played a lot more. But the Thunder bench just doesn't have a lot of scoring presence unless they make 3s. They got 20+ from Dub, SGA and Chet tonight and lost pretty easily. They really weren't in it the final 6 minutes or so.

One more thing Caruso shouldn't have played 32 minutes he was awful this game.

Indiana's bench outscored The Thunder 49-18; also, OKC was outscored by twelve points in the second quarter, and by fourteen points in the fourth quarter. This is not a winning recipe.

Thunder found a way to win a game where they really didn't play that well. For 3 quarters they couldn't handle that pace no matter who was playing but I don't know what happened with the Pacers that last quarter it was like they fell a sleep or something. Gutsy win by the Thunder.

Thunder by fourteen at half. It looks like Rick Carlisle is running out of ways to mask Indiana's flaws.

They needed about all they got from JDub and Shai. Kinda surprised that Carlisle waved the white flag with the way Indiana kept coming back.

Game six is in Indiana, right? Thunder may want to win the whole enchilada in OKC, but they had better not take that chance.

yeah but that one steal diving to the ground was the embodiment of why he is here, of who he is, and why they are one win away. even i got a little upset after that terrible lob to hartenstein. but the guy lays it all out there and i will never not love him.

i expected this from dub. but not this early. what a whirlwind this has been. un mas.
