Fellas (and ladies), from all advanced indicators, North Texas is a really bad team. As of yesterday they are north of 300 in the rankings of both Kenpom and Sagarin against a very weak schedule. Our bench should get some run tonight if things go as expected.

Trae just finds creative ways to distribute the ball so neatly. Even when he's not hot shooting he still makes plays. Love it

I have secretly figured Matt Freeman would always be little more than a part-time anomaly ... but I am REALLY starting to warm up on his future. He has made huge strides since last year both in his game and physically. I think he's gonna be a more than very solid post starter next season. Impressive work by Matt and the staff both. He's improving well.

I'm unable to watch it. But it appears we don't give a rat's rear end about guarding the perimeter (what else is new). I imagine it's pretty sloppy out there.

OU's perimeter defense has been beyond atrocious and the prime culprit -- and I'm going to get ripped for saying so -- has been Trae Young. He has repeatedly left shooters wide open off of screens or penetration. Just horrendous defense.

Pathetic perimeter defense again. North Texas 9-17 from 3 in the first 20 minutes. Tied at 38 at halftime.
