Ou @ bu

I still think Kellogg will be good. But, I think Maddie will be special.

Stewart makes a lot of really good plays but not as many as Sims. Whoever drafts each player will be really happy.
Without Stewie UConn is still undefeated. Without sims I don't know if Baylor is a tournament team or not

Maddie had 2 ACL surgeries and two years which really sucks for her. Let's see her play before we call her special.

I think Jefferson will give Sims all she wants.

Stewart is capable of scoring from anywhere, has great flexibility and movement for a kid who is 6-5 or 6-4, and can rebound. She can take over a game legitimately.

I really like Jefferson.

Hard to tell. UConn is only going seven deep this year. It does help that the other four starters have AA talent.

We need a post player with a attitude that will kill (figuratively) before she let you get a layup or an Offensive rebounds. I much rather have a post player to commit a hard foul (nothing dirty) then give up a easy layup but that just me.

I love Jefferson game Thank God she's not at Baylor. I think T'Ona can be our Jefferson. ( I not saying T'Ona is as good as Jefferson)

I enjoyed watching her last year and she's at another level this year. Well give T'Ona some time. I'm pretty impressed with what I've seen. Hopefully over the summer she'll work on her shot. Surely she scored in HS.

I said in the other thread that her shooting form or stroke is not broken I think she Needs a Little confidence and get in the gym and work on her game over the summer. I saw her in high school she was just so faster then everyone it was a layup drill.

Every game it's like Jeykll and Hyde with this team. So, I'm going to follow suite. I love them and I hate them and I love them and I hate them.

If we can keep from choking off the final games in the season and win one or two in the Big 12, then we could make the tournament. Perhaps that's what this team has been waiting for to gel and turn in a start-to-finish banging series of wins.

Sherri is now 13-17 against sulkey...baylor has won 8 straight..make it stop Sherri !

All of that eight straight came with what everyone in the women's sports media knows was an illegal recruiting class. I think it leaves with Sims.

yes a slap on the wrist for sulkey...but it didn't change the won/loss record..

First props to the OU team for fighting from a terrible start.
Sure Baylor may have relaxed but OU took them to the limit.
It certainly appears that Kornet is starting to come out of her early season
"how I am be used?" funk.
Hook is providing some senior glue and the team is working hard.
Credit the girls and Sherri for continuing to work and fight.
That's the positive flip on last night.

The negative side. It's another loss to Baylor. It's hard to not watch the first
half and think there's a substantive talent gap between the two teams.
This was supposed to be the year Sherri re established her ability to compete
with Baylor sans Griner. It's disappointing from that aspect.

Guess I missed something along the way, what's the story with this illegal recruiting class? I know I heard something about it but not sure of the details.

Kim's daughter played on an AAU team with Sims, Griner, etc. When Kim went to watch the games, she sat in the same area as the parents of the other players on the team. Because that gave her the opportunity to talk with the other parents that other coaches did not have, the NCAA said that was a no-no.

Sounds like KU and Larry Brown hiring Danny Manning's dad. Maybe Sherri needs to have another child, a girl, and have her play AAU basketball? :woot :sherri175_jpg_xs:
