**********OU-Iowa State Pregame Game Thread**********

Grooms inability(unwillingness??) to shoot the ball is killing this team. I was so glad when we got him, but now I wish we had gotten a PG that could actually shoot the ball. He is left wide open all game, but does nothing with it. Hopefully, he puts in the time in the off season and develops his offensive game.

No, you can get it on almost every cable system.

AT&T, Verizon, Cox, Time Warner, Comcast, Suddenlink all have it.

Thank you. I had no clue that Time Warner finally pulled their head out and I could get this. For a long time I couldn't and I just quit trying after a while.
 
Silver lining:

Clark has 10 points and 3 boards in the first half, following his 13 and 7 against Texas.

Hopefully the light has come on for good and he can keep this up.

Thats how Im able to watch espn3. Just sign in with your att email and password. Even on my computer at work. (shhh!)

It sure would be great if it has. Clark as a legitimate scoring threat will help this team. Grooms also seems to be scoring a little better lately. Next year, OU just needs M'Baye, Hield and Hornbeak to be able to knock down 3 pointers. (M'Baye is going to help no matter what because OU will have three post scorers even if he can't hit 3s on a consistent basis.). I don't think Cam is every going to be a really good three point shooter but he doesn't have to be to be a good player.

I can too. I have to get a password from Time Warner which I will do. It currently doesn't recognize my email address but I am sure I can fix this for the next game.
 
Unfortunately based on OUs 2nd halves this season chalk this up as another loss.
Is there any game except maybe, I say maybe, OSU, that OU can win this year?
Kruger's a good guy but is OU so far down they are the Oregon State. Southern Illinois, of their conference?
Doldrums has set in on the BB program. OU is in a much deeper hole than I thought. Figured this might be a 500% team but the record is appears to be about the same as last year.
I certainly hope a miracle happens and OU can rise again.
It seems that it will take at least 2 prospective NBA talents to give this team any chance to jump up into the 2nd tier of the Big 12.
Where are they?

OU will be a better team next year. Simply adding M'Baye makes OU better. The two guards are also going to help. Plus OU still has some scholarships to give. Next season they have the following players (by class starting with Seniors): Fitzgerald, Pledger, Osby, Grooms, Blair, Arent (seniors); Clark, Neal, M'Baye (juniors); (no sophomores), Hield and Hornbeak (Freshman). They can still pick up two players.

It is also a 4 point game so you may be speaking too quickly.
