I bet if Patty had do overs she would not have held Turang up at 3rd earlier. One run might win this game.

We are laying off too many strikes early in the count then swinging at too many balls out of the strike zone.

Sooners coming to bat in the bottom of the 7th. No score. KR now has 10 strikeouts.

Yeah, one bad call on the tag-out on Parsons (looked like tag missed) and then Gasso holding up Turang on Lauren's double...

I am like you, Norm, if Gasso had it to do over...

One question I had on the missed tag is, is it possible the ump called her out because he thought she ran out of the base path to avoid the tag?

That could be a costly error on the SS. Tenn now has a RISP with one out.

If we can hold them in the top of the eighth, I think we'll score in the bottom for the W. :woot

We didn't give up a score but that was a little too close for comfort!

You gotta be lucky as well as good. Tonight Tennessee has had more than their share of luck. That last ricochet = LUCK. Give credit, however, to the gal who caught the ricochet and made a good play.

Not for the first time, I marvel at how quick Rickett's reflexes are on the mound.

That last comeback was a shot!

Rickets is a great fielder in the games I've seen. We need to end this one right now!

We're not taking real swings. This game is likely to end on a home run. The power hitters need to take at least one confident swing.

I think the umpire thought she tagged Parsons. She wasn't really out of the baseline, the second baseman actually being somewhat in the baseline. A collision would have resulted in the infielder being called for interference in that location.
