Tonight's the night!

Regular season finale.

All I really want is for the ladies to play well and not end up a 40-point losers.

Smart decisions, no turnover, good shots, make shots, rebound like mad dogs, no silly ricky-tack fouls. Play tough. Play strong. Play determined. Don't be intimidated and don't give up.

Winning would be nice, but just do the other things and if you lose, lose like champions.

And it wouldn't bother me one bit if Sherri didn't shake Kim's hand at the end.

+1, However, Sherri has more class in the tip of her little finger than Kim has in her whole body. She will kill her with kindness.

After Sherri's comments, which, no doubt, Kim has seen, I'm wondering if the Dragon Lady initiates a verbal skirmish or attempts some kind of lecture. Maybe she'll do it pre-game and get our girls' dander up!

I rather see OU win than to see or hear SC/KM exchange words...Now if they end up getting into a knock down drag out..then yeah I want to see..

If that happens, my money's on Sherri.

Come on girls......PLAY LIKE YOUR HAIR IN ON FIRE!!!!! DEMAND the ball, and put it in the bucket!!!!!! Shoot three's, don't foul, and play a good, tough game...just like you did with Texas.....YOU can do this !!!!!!! :OU-logo:

Some on here think that recruiting for baylor may take a hit from KM comments. It may or may not...I dunno...But wouldn't you rather see OU recruiting pick up instead of having another teams recruiting to come down to even things out? Not even speaking about baylor now..but when I see some other teams playing..it's night & day difference between the level of athletes I see on the floor with current OU and the last few years. The women's program has to decide..Are they willing to do what it takes to get back the a real top 5-10 program? If third place in the big 12 is all that OU expects and is all they willing to put the effort in to do..That's fine..just tell us so...

One thing I will be interested in seeing is what the Big-12 officials will do tonight. Some appear to be intimidated by KM, and seem to protect the BU players by allowing huge amounts of pushing, shoving, flailing arms, going over the back, etc. Then call touch fouls on their opponents.

I fear that in order to stand up for KM after her terribly unethical display in calling for BU fans to assault parents of players who discourage their daughters from choosing BU, they will be especially egregious tonight in helping BU and KM. I hope security is ready in case some BU fan decides to attack parents of our players (who obviously did not choose BU) - literally taking her at her word in calling for violence.

Cox is a good example. She flails her arms around a lot, including the other day when she damaged the vision of Lang at Texas and Lang had to sit out most of the game. No foul was ever called on that. Cox has developed a habit (or is it a strategy) - of slinging her arms into opponents frequently - and has been frequently allowed to do so by officials. I hope no OU players get injured by that tonight.

They will do what they ALWAYS do! They ARE intimidated by Sulkey Mulkey! Every time play is on her end of the court she's running her mouth non-stop in official's ear, I'm sure to the point they they miss stuff on that end of court because it's distracting. She's dancing all over the court, out of coaching box by a long way and complaining on EVERY call against Hypocrite U. They don't foul at Hypocrite U!!!

Btw, there are no Big 12 officials. All these officials are traveling the country over calling games. You see them all the time in SEC, ACC, B1G and PAC12. Tina Napier (was on SEC network just yesterday calling game in Mississippi, I believe), Brian Enterline (long a Sulkey Mulkey favorite), Lisa Jones, Jesse Dickerson, Scott Yarbrough, Metta Roberts, Cameron Inouye (Enterline's wife), Lisa Mattingly, Bill Larance, Dee Kantner, etc officiate all over the country. They may be in Norman tonight, Starkville, MS tomorrow night and Storrs, CT on Thursday.

But officials ARE intimidated by Kim. See the scathing these officials took from her when she lost to Louisville in OKC a few years ago. Melissa Barlow, Laura Morris and Frank Steratore were those officials. I usually only see Melissa in games on west coast, although she did make an appearance in Norman for non-conference game within the last couple of years. Only time I've seen her in Norman since Louisville beat Hypocrite U in OKC regional.

Interesting thread from 2015 from Hypcrite U fan site.

Interesting Peyton goes to the bench early.

Looks like it could be another blow out.

Shooting 21%. AT HOME...and Sherri cries at the half about it being physical.

Let's hope the second half is better.

Sherri isn't the only one that cries about that..Looks to me one team was ready to play and the other...not so much. Sherri C (imo) needs to forget everything else this off season and "try" to recruit some D1 talent.

Flagrant 1 and they didn't even call a foul on that in the first place. Ref standing right there. An offensive foul and they called that and then they slapped Maddie in the face to knock her contact out, and they called that a foul, so maybe there is hope....Sometimes I think the refs need binoculars!!!! I guess Kims motto is "If you don't like them, hit 'em" They are doing that tonight. Get tough girls. We aren't giving up yet....

Gioya, Peyton, Chelsea, and Gabbi are 0 for 12 at the half. I don't think any of their shots have been close. Vivi and Maddie are 2 for 7 each, and both need to stay away from the middle. Maddie needs to pull the defense out rather than to drive. Vivi needs to pass out rather than take some of those silly shots.

Everyone needs to quit making absurd passes. Manning 7, TT and Vivi with 5.

They did allow the three point shot which occurred after the flagrant foul.

The rules committee told officials to call it closer this year. So, who told the officials not to?
