I grew up in OKC. Graduated from John Marshall and OU and then moved to NYC in 1982. Been here ever since.
Interesting...what made you choose NYC? Just curious...lol. no biggie.
But enough about me... (as I'm sure all the participants and lurkers in this thread will agree).
I moved here to pursue a career as an actor (that didn't pan out).

Living in New York and skipping the Sooners at the Garden? Income's got to be more fixed than Seinfeld's grandmother.
(Uncle Leo reference)
I feel so sorry for kids in junior high. that was the worst time of my life and the same for my kids. Can't imagine trying to teach them at that age. you have my sympathies.
I had a good childhood in OKC, but from the first day of my first visit to NYC (spring break of my junior year at OU), I knew this was where I belonged. And it wasn't like I grew up dreaming of living here -- I only came here that first time because I figured I had to move somewhere to pursue acting -- but I was hooked immediately. Thirty-six years later, I'm still here.
Wv looks like crap...def not "press Virginia" of past
Konate is the truth but they miss Jevon Carter. They're definitely a different team.
Good win, perfect time to have one of those hot shooting nights
