OU plays with Kentucky losing on a last second shot.

We make history as the only team to score a 3 pointer for the opposing team. Lol

Seriously tho. We will probably lose by 15 pts. But as long as we play hard, I will be proud. Not happy. But proud of OUr guys.

We'll keep it within 8 or so until the final couple of minutes, when we start fouling to get ahead. But that won't work.
 
If we can make shots we have a punchers chance but if we shoot like we did 2 games ago it could get ugly.
 
I saw a few minutes of the Kentucky game the other night against Portland. I think they just are too athletic for us. Their inside guys look like they all have 7 foot wing spans. They have to have a horrible shooting night and get in serious foul trouble for us to win. I think Kentucky wins by at least 15.

If you wonder why Kentucky always gets 3 or 4 of the top 10 players in the country. The big advantage of going to Kentucky is that you get to go pro a year early.
 
78-55 Kentucky. Talent mismatch.

Good news is that we could turn around and win 2 games in 2 days after the UK game because we'll be playing teams more at our level.

I believe Monday will be painful, but by Thursday we could be 5-1 and feeling good again.
 
I just want to see us play hard...but am afraid that we are looking at a Louisville situation from our first year in the tournament with Blake. Just too many athletes. That said, they are young, and this is JUST the kind of game that young talented teams can lose (llok at us last year).
 
John Calipari has a young basketball team every season, because his guys only stay a year or two and go the NBA. This year is no different...

Im not putting too much stock into them being young.
 
Kentucky by 18, but that shouldn't be the focus of the next three days. Ultimate goal should be to go 2-1 in Maui. We may get beat badly Monday, but curious to see how the guys bounce back less than 24 hours later.
 
alot of KU fans think this will be close than a lot of our fans. I find that odd

I agree with you in principle, but the key is that its a young team early in the year. That said, we are younger than they are....
 
I think it gets ugly fast. I see it starting something like 15-0 before we score our first bucket. We lose 85-52
 
90+ to 55. Just don't see how we are going to stop them on D and we are going to be shooting 3's all day cause our inside won't score vs their bigs.

If we pull this off. I will go to every single away game for the rest of the year.
