i think it would be a decent hire....but i did see his team choke it's guts out at Louisville. like UL on a 25-6 run to end the game and win by 2.

Marquette's record has gotten worse each year under him too. Hasnt had very good recruiting classes either

Marquette is hard to recruit to. And winning in the Big East is tough.

Marquette is a basketball school. OU isn't. It's easier to recruit there than to OU. Besides, it's all about the coach when it comes to recruiting so if Marquette hasn't had good recruiting the last few years I'd say it's the coach.

Saying it's easier to recruit to Marquette than OU is debatable. Take a look at who Marquette is recruiting against.

Exactly. Marquette has to go to Texas to get kids because if they tried to recruit just their regional geographic area they would get murdered.

Marquette has always recruited nationally....at least they did before they started recruiting regionally in Texas.
