I am not a member of the Godwin fan club, but are you willing to gamble on that? Luke provides that kind of game very rarely, and Georgia has a great frontcourt player. If Luke plays how he did Saturday….
No thanks.
Did you happen to notice how Sam was playing against Kentucky before he got hurt?If Luke plays how he did Saturday….
No thanks.
@CoachTalk any percentage on if he plays or not? And on the Luke situation he is a gamble, but showed up big when we needed him. I think OU can get it done either way
Yeah, I agree. Not a doctor but had knee injuries (and surgeries) on both knees.being reported that he does not need surgery .. so that is good for him either way ..
I would say 0% he plays Wednesday ...
Thanks for the info Coach. Hopefully Sam heals upNot sure. Rehab 3x a day. ill try and get an update this weekend.
not reallyWe need Godwin back ASAP.
Remember he is probably done playing basketball after OU. He may be willing to play some minutes to continue his career.I don’t see how he will play this week. I don’t think he’s gonna be able to play again this year…unless. We make a run to the FF. Having him on the court at less than 100% doesn’t sound like a smart idea at all.
only if he wants to be lots of places he could continue playing overseas ..Remember he is probably done playing basketball after OU. He may be willing to play some minutes to continue his career.
I don’t trust Wague or Northweather to produce anywhere the level they did against Texas, which has almost zero inside presence.not really
Yes, but, especially for an athlete, it is very unlikely it will always be the same knees. No game is worth a kid's future health. He's gonna have to walk on those legs for the next 60+ years.
So he’s not even handling this situation right either??I have no idea if he will play, but seems odd that Moser told the broadcast crew they were hopeful he would play this week. Then again, I guess he did the same with JN and Jones. I still fail to see the logic in getting people's hopes up for no reason. Makes no sense.
