that interview with the O'Quinn kid was great. ONE team offered him a scholarship so he was thankful.

This is what the tourney is all about. Even without an Okie team in the mix it's still awesome viewing.

Good call. Awesome moment in that interview when he said that.

I couldn't agree more! The NCAA tourney is a chance for teams like Norfolk State and the O'Quinn kid to shine on the big stage. The players on that team will never forget their experience today.

Congrats, Norfolk State! Sooner basketball fans don't have much to cheer about this year. You gave us a reason.

Really easy to root for Norfolk State. They seem to have a really good group of kids who play the game for the right reasons. There was a play yesterday when O'Quinn fouled an MU player (I think Denmon) hard, knocking him to the ground pretty good (the foul was clean). There was no flexing or standing over the fallen player (see: Thomas Robinson). O'Quinn hurried to help him up and patted him on the head, and he kept playing.

Their coach, too, seemed like a class act.

Glad MU bailed for the SEC. Go pound sand losers.

MU won more games this year than OU did in the past two.

Glad we were able to give you something to make you happy.

Yes @$$hol$ we all know that OU is down but you don't see us hanging around Missouri people hoping to be accepted. Just pack your bags and go practice your SEC, SEC chants because your conference and national championships will continue to be lived vicariously through others.

Your life must be really sad.

I feel sorry for you.

People get so excited about upsets like Norfolk over Missouri, but to me this 47-19 beating that Norfolk is taking right now proves that they have no business in the tourney. They have no shot at winning it. All they did is ruin it for a team that Missouri that had a shot.

I wish the Norfolks of the world would play in the NIT and have a chance to win that and let the big boys play in the NCAA tourney.

But thats just me. I know I'm probably in the minority.

If Missouri can't beat Norfolk State, they don't deserve to keep playing for a title.

Games like that one eliminate flawed teams. To make it through the NCAA tournament, it typically takes a team with no major flaws.

That may be the strangest thing I've ever read on this board.

And we have a lot of strange folks that post here.
